A (fantastic) reader recently tipped us off that NY based stencil-artist Chris Stain has a couple of originals-on-steel for sale on his site. The two are entitled "North 9 Street" (based on a photograph by Martha Cooper, used with permission) and "Uncle Ernie", you can check them out here. Both are priced very reasonably indeed, especially when you consider the intricacy of this guys work. If you can't quite afford an original piece, don't forget he has a bunch of prints at Ad Hoc Art and Just Seeds (including a amiably priced $4 Offset).
