To be released tomorrow afternoon via the Auction Saboteur website are two new editions; a brick by former-YBA artist Gavin Turk and a limited edition canvas by Data. The brick, which comes signed and numbered from an edition of 10 pieces, can be read about below...

The Gavin Turk piece has been created to challenge the notion of genre, legitimacy and identity, this time from the perspective of street art. These signed bricks are also really significant as they are not sold through an agent or gallery but actually available direct from Gavin himself. This new development of artists maintaining financial independence from the gallery system represents a new chapter in the history or art. These bricks will come direct from Gavin Turks studio and all transactions will be between the buyer and Gavin Turks in-house studio team . The price is £500 including postage and packing which we believe is a complete steal an original piece of work from one of the former YBA's who's work now sells for very large sums indeed.
